Tarif Defterim — Gizlilik Politikası

Kısaca: Tarif Defterim'de reklam, analitik ya da takip aracı yoktur; reklam kimliğinize (IDFA) erişilmez. Tarifleri okumak ve yorumları görmek için hesap gerekmez. Yalnızca siz yorum yazarsanız yazdıklarınız (takma adınız, yorumunuz, puanınız, eklediğiniz fotoğraf) diğer kullanıcılarla paylaşılır.

Tarifler

Tarifler uygulamayla birlikte gelmez. İlk açılışta, ardından uygulama açıldığında, Ayarlar ▸ Tarifleri Güncelle'ye bastığınızda ve dil değiştirdiğinizde Apple'ın iCloud (CloudKit) hizmetindeki tarif veritabanımızdan indirilir; sonraki denetimlerde yalnızca yeni ve düzeltilmiş olanlar alınır. Bu istekte sizinle ilgili bir bilgi gönderilmez.

Her internet bağlantısında olduğu gibi Apple, isteği yanıtlayabilmek için cihazınızın IP adresini ve standart bağlantı bilgilerini görür ve kendi gizlilik politikasına göre işler. Bu kayıtlara bizim erişimimiz yoktur. İndirilen tarifler cihazınızda saklanır ve internet olmadan da açılır.

Yorumlar

Yorum yazmak için cihazınızda iCloud'a giriş yapılmış olmalıdır. Uygulama adınızı, e-postanızı ya da Apple Kimliğinizi görmez; Apple yalnızca size özel, kimliğinizi açık etmeyen bir kullanıcı numarası verir.

Yorum yazdığınızda saklananlar: seçtiğiniz takma ad, yorum metni, puan, eklediğiniz fotoğraf, yorumun dili, yazma ve düzenleme tarihleri ve bu anonim kullanıcı numarası. Ayrıca beğendiğiniz ya da beğenmediğiniz yorumlar ve gönderdiğiniz bildirimler kaydedilir. Fotoğraflar gönderilmeden önce küçültülür, konum ve diğer fotoğraf bilgileri silinir.

Yorumlar, takma adınız ve puanınız tüm kullanıcılara görünür. Eklediğiniz fotoğraf, biz onaylayana kadar yalnızca size görünür. Bu bilgiler Apple'ın iCloud sunucularında, Türkiye ya da AB dışında da olabilen veri merkezlerinde saklanır.

Topluluğu korumak için uygunsuz içerik cihazda süzülür; bildirilen yorumları inceler, kurallara aykırı olanları gizler ya da sileriz ve gerekirse kullanıcının yorum yazmasını engelleriz. Engellediğiniz kullanıcıların listesi iCloud hesabınızda, cihazlarınız arasında saklanır.

Cihazınızda tutulanlar

Favorileriniz, alışveriş listeniz, haftalık planınız, çalışan sayaçlarınız, kaldığınız tarif ve adım, seçtiğiniz porsiyonlar ile görünüm ve dil tercihleriniz yalnızca bu cihazda, uygulamanın kendi alanında saklanır. Bu bilgiler bize ya da üçüncü bir tarafa gönderilmez.

Cihazınızın iCloud ya da bilgisayar yedeğini açtıysanız bu bilgiler sistem tarafından cihaz yedeğinize dahil edilebilir. Yedekler Apple'ın gizlilik politikasına tabidir.

İzinler

Bildirimler: Yalnızca mutfak sayacınız bittiğinde sizi uyarmak için, cihazın kendi içinde oluşturulan yerel bildirimler kullanılır. Hiçbir sunucudan bildirim gönderilmez. İzni vermeseniz de uygulamanın geri kalanı çalışır.

Canlı Etkinlikler: Çalışan sayaç kilit ekranında (varsa Dynamic Island'da da) gösterilir. Bu da cihazın içinde olur; cihazın Ayarlar uygulamasında Tarif Defterim ▸ Canlı Etkinlikler'den kapatabilirsiniz.

Fotoğraflar: Yoruma fotoğraf eklerken sistemin fotoğraf seçicisi kullanılır; uygulama yalnızca seçtiğiniz fotoğrafı görür, fotoğraf arşivinize erişmez. Uygulama konum, kamera, mikrofon, kişiler ya da sağlık verilerinize erişmez.

Paylaşım

Bir tarifi ya da alışveriş listesini Paylaş düğmesiyle gönderdiğinizde içerik yalnızca sizin seçtiğiniz uygulamaya (Mesajlar, Notlar vb.) aktarılır. O uygulamanın gizlilik kuralları geçerlidir.

Verilerinizi silmek

Yorumunuzu istediğiniz zaman düzenleyip silebilirsiniz. Ayarlar ▸ Profil ve Yorumlar ▸ Profilimi ve yorumlarımı sil, takma adınızı, tüm yorumlarınızı, fotoğraflarınızı, beğenilerinizi ve bildirimlerinizi kalıcı olarak siler.

Kaldığınız yeri kartını kaydırarak, alışveriş listesini ve favorileri kendi ekranlarındaki ⋯ menüsünden silebilirsiniz. Uygulamayı cihazdan kaldırmak cihazdaki her şeyi siler; iCloud'daki yorumlarınızı silmek için önce yukarıdaki düğmeyi kullanın.

Çocuklar

Yorum yazarken kendinizle ya da başkalarıyla ilgili kişisel bilgi (ad soyad, adres, telefon) paylaşmayın. 13 yaşından küçük bir çocuğun yorum yazdığını düşünüyorsanız bize yazın, sileriz.

KVKK ve GDPR

Yorumlarınızı, onları yayımlamanızı istediğiniz için ve yalnızca bu amaçla işliyoruz. Veri sorumlusu uygulamanın geliştiricisidir. 6698 sayılı KVKK ve GDPR kapsamındaki erişim, düzeltme ve silme haklarınızı uygulama içinden ya da bize yazarak kullanabilirsiniz.

Değişiklikler

Bu politika değişirse yeni metin uygulama güncellemesiyle ve web sayfamızda, güncelleme tarihiyle birlikte yayımlanır.

My Recipe Book — Privacy Policy

In short: My Recipe Book contains no advertising, analytics or tracking technology, and the advertising identifier (IDFA) is never accessed. No account is needed to read recipes or comments. Only if you write a comment is what you write (your nickname, comment, rating and any photo you add) shared with other users.

Recipes

Recipes don't come with the app. On first launch, then whenever the app opens, when you tap Settings ▸ Update Recipes and when you change the language, they are downloaded from our recipe database on Apple's iCloud (CloudKit) service; later checks fetch only new and corrected ones. The request contains no information about you.

As with any internet connection, Apple sees your device's IP address and standard connection details in order to answer the request and handles them under its own privacy policy. We have no access to these records. Downloaded recipes are stored on your device and open without internet.

Comments

Writing a comment requires being signed in to iCloud on your device. The app never sees your name, email or Apple Account; Apple provides only an anonymous user number unique to you.

When you comment we store: the nickname you choose, the comment text, rating, any photo you add, the comment's language, when it was written and edited, and that anonymous user number. Your likes and dislikes and any reports you send are also recorded. Photos are resized and stripped of location and other photo data before upload.

Comments, your nickname and your rating are visible to all users. A photo you add is visible only to you until we approve it. This data is stored on Apple's iCloud servers, in data centers that may be outside Turkey or the EU.

To protect the community, inappropriate content is filtered on the device; we review reported comments, hide or delete those that break the rules, and may block a user from commenting. The list of users you block is kept in your iCloud account, across your devices.

What stays on your device

Your favorites, shopping list, weekly plan, running timers, the recipe and step you left off at, the servings you chose, and your display and language preferences are stored only on this device, inside the app's own container. They are never sent to us or to any third party.

If you have iCloud or computer backups turned on, the system may include this data in your device backup. Backups are governed by Apple's privacy policy.

Permissions

Notifications: used only to alert you when a kitchen timer finishes. These are local notifications created on the device; nothing is sent from a server. The rest of the app works if you decline.

Live Activities: a running timer is shown on the Lock Screen (and in the Dynamic Island, if your device has one), entirely on the device. You can turn this off in the Settings app under My Recipe Book ▸ Live Activities.

Photos: when you add a photo to a comment, the system photo picker is used; the app sees only the photo you pick and has no access to your library. The app does not access your location, camera, microphone, contacts or health data.

Sharing

When you use the Share button on a recipe or your shopping list, the content goes only to the app you choose (Messages, Notes, etc.), whose own privacy terms then apply.

Deleting your data

You can edit or delete your comment at any time. Settings ▸ Profile and Comments ▸ Delete my profile and comments permanently removes your nickname and all your comments, photos, likes and reports.

You can clear your last-viewed recipe by swiping its card, and your shopping list and favorites from the ⋯ menu on their screens. Deleting the app removes everything on the device; to remove your comments from iCloud, use the button above first.

Children

Please don't share personal information about yourself or others (full name, address, phone) in comments. If you believe a child under 13 has written a comment, write to us and we will delete it.

GDPR and KVKK

We process your comments because you ask us to publish them, and only for that purpose. The data controller is the app's developer. You can exercise your rights of access, correction and deletion under the GDPR and Turkey's KVKK (Law No. 6698) in the app or by writing to us.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new text ships with an app update and is posted on our website with its date.
